網路購物 | 退換貨政策

  • 每筆訂單有一次因個人因素的換貨機會(更換尺寸或款式),若無法更換尺寸、或挑選不到欲更換款式,金額亦可轉換為購物金,予下次購物使用。 
  • 因個人因素進行退換貨時產生的所有費用將由客戶自行承擔,寄回新品運費需由客戶自行承擔。
  • 待商品寄回,確認無任何汙損,即進行換貨程序。 
  • 發現瑕疵、寄錯品項,任何問題請於3日內提出換貨申請,並於7日內寄回,退回運費與再次寄回運費由我方負擔。 
  • 請保持商品與商品完整:包裝、配件(包含贈品)不全或品已剪標、已下水洗滌、修改尺寸、其他加工,恕不受理。
  • 商品已有使用痕跡:味道或人為造成髒污、沾染粉妝等,恕不受理。

  • 實體店面商品售出後,恕不接受退換貨,請仔細檢查商品是否有瑕疵。

Return-policy


Online Shopping – Exchange and Return Policy

  • Each order has one chance to exchange for personal reasons (size/style).
    Purchased amount will be kept for shopping in KARMA next time if there is no suitable size or style available to exchange.


  • Exchanging orders due to personal reasons are required to pay for the delivery charges by customers.
    Customers are required to pay for the delivery charges of mailing out the new products.

  • We will proceed to the exchange after we ensure no dirt or brokenness with the returning products.

  • Please request for an exchange with us within 3 days for any defective, wrong products or any other problems occurred.
    Also, please send back the products to us within a week. KARMA will cover all delivery charges.

  • Please keep the original selling conditions of the products including packings, parts, gifts and tags.
    Products can only be exchanged if they have been unwashed, size unmodified or no other additional works on the products.

  • We do not accept exchanging if the products appear traces of use, smell or human-made dirt including cosmetics.


Retail Shop - Exchange and Return Policy

  • We do not accept any exchanging or returning for products sold in retail shops.
    Please check the products thoroughly before your purchase.
